Tai Chi- Friday at 12.30 - 1.30
Come along to Tai Chi, It is a beginners class and includes quite a lot of Chi Kung ( standing still exercises) and is designed for all ages and fitness or non fitness abilities. Tai Chi assists balance and flexibility as well as strengthening the immune system. We were fortunate to have Tai Chi Master Steve Jones TaiChiStuff taking this class previously. Now we two Malcolms who have joined forces sharing their skills with the class.
The cost is whatever you wish to donate and the money goes towards the Cancer Support Centre.
