There are also weekly group activities available including Art, Walking, Meditation, Relaxation, Creative crafts, Tai Chi, Yoga; and a Book Club which meets monthly. Friday is a Drop-in session with different activities each week, including choir. Friday is open to everybody who would like to come for a drink, a chat and to meet the staff, therapists and other clients.
