I am incredibly passionate about The Cancer Support Centre, through our own family experiences with cancer. My Goal as a Patron of the centre, is to raise awareness and support for the amazing work they do in our community.
My aim is to take an active role in supporting the Centre in two key areas, firstly to raise awareness for the wonderful work it does across the community of Royal Sutton Coldfield. The centre helps clients to heal in body, mind and spirit, through the compassionate and considered delivery of a wide-ranging package of care. With emotional and spiritual support enhanced by a comprehensive range of complimentary therapies.
The second part of my role, is to assist in the drive for financial support and donations, through fundraisers and charity events.
Every small step we can take in supporting the centre to deliver its objectives and care across the community, is a success for everyone involved.
Andrew is a passionate supporter of Sutton Coldfield and has supported the Centre from many years.
He says
“I was so pleased to be able to help sort the past issues of location and the Centre’s future, and am thankful that it has all now been settled with you being able to stay at Lindridge Road.
I recently popped into the centre, meeting some of those involved in running and organising this important and very highly valued jewel in Sutton Coldfield’s crown, and touring some of the newly altered facilities. It was inspiring.
A huge thank you to the chair, trustees, volunteers and organisers for all their fantastic work in our Town, and it is my privilege to be your Patron.”
