Volunteering

The Cancer Support Centre could not operate effectively with the support of our dedicated team of volunteers, and we are always on the look out for more !

The roles that our volunteers undertake is varied, and include ‘meet and greet’, support in our offices and behind the scenes, and even helping out at events.

We are currently looking for volunteers:

Who could help us with fundraising – this could be helping out at events or helping to organise events.  You just need to have a bit of time to spare and have enthusiasm to help make a difference !  We would love to talk to you so please get in touch.

Who would like to be a Trustee –  a role where you would be overseeing the strategic management of the Centre.  It may be a specific area that you are skilled in or interested in, and again we just ask for your time and enthusiasm to help. Please contact us or give us call to arrange a chat with Trevor, our Chair of Trustees .
