Fundraising For Us

We rely on fundraising to continue providing vital support to people affected by cancer. We receive no NHS funding, so every donation and fundraising effort helps us to make a real difference. Whether you’re an individual, a business, or part of a community group, there are so many ways you can support us. Here are just a few ideas!

This is one of the easiest and most enjoyable ways to support us! We host a variety of activities throughout the year, from fun runs and golf days to creative workshops, quizzes, and charity balls.

If you enjoy running, why not take part in a race or marathon to raise funds? The Royal Sutton Fun Run, held every June, is a fantastic opportunity to run, jog, or walk while supporting us. You can also sign up for any race or challenge of your choice and collect sponsorships for  us.

Regular donations are essential to our future. By becoming a Friend of the Cancer Support Centre, you can support us with a small weekly donation, starting from just £1.25. In return, you’ll receive a special Friends of the Cancer Support Centre pin badge as a token of our appreciation.

Your regular support helps us provide therapy sessions, group activities, and specialist support to over 400 people every year.

Businesses can play a huge role in supporting our work. You could:

Decluttering? Your unwanted items can help raise funds for us! We accept:

→ Nearly new clothes, accessories, and gifts (preferably with tags)

→ Old gadgets, mobile phones, unwanted jewellery, and watches

We sell these items in our eBay shop or recycle them through our Recycling for Good Causes partnership.
